Terms of Service for Stream Hub

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Stream Hub ("the App," "our App," or "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Stream Hub ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the App.

2. Description of Service

Stream Hub is a mobile application that provides:

The App uses third-party data sources, primarily The Movie Database (TMDB) API, to provide content information. We do not host, stream, or provide access to copyrighted content.

3. Eligibility

Age Requirements

  • • If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have parental or guardian consent
  • • By using the App, you represent that you meet these age requirements

Account Eligibility

4. User Accounts

User Content

  • •You retain ownership of content you create (watchlists, reviews, etc.)
  • •By using the Service, you grant us a license to use your content for Service operation
  • •This license is non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and transferable
  • •We may use your content to improve and promote the Service

7. Third-Party Services and Links

Third-Party APIs
