Permanently remove your Stream Hub account and data

⚠️ Important: This Action is Permanent

Once you delete your account, this action cannot be undone. All your data, including your viewing history, watchlists, ratings, and preferences will be permanently removed from our systems. Please make sure this is what you want to do.

What Will Be Deleted?

Personal Information

  • ✗ Account details (username, email, password)
  • ✗ Profile information and avatar
  • ✗ Contact information and preferences
  • ✗ All personal settings and configurations

Entertainment Data

  • ✗ Complete viewing history and progress
  • ✗ All watchlists and favorites
  • ✗ Ratings and reviews you've given
  • ✗ Custom lists and collections

Complete Data Removal

We will permanently delete all your data from our primary databases, backups, and analytics systems within 30 days of account deletion confirmation. This includes removing any anonymized data that could potentially be linked back to you.

How to Delete Your Account

In-App Deletion

The fastest way to delete your account is through the app:

  1. • Open the Stream Hub app
  2. • Go to Settings → Account Settings
  3. • Select "Delete Account"
  4. • Follow the confirmation process

If you can't access the app, send an email request:

You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. Account deletion will be completed within 30 days.
